Challenge Regensburg announces new partner

Posted on: Samstag 11th Februar 2017

Regensburg, February 9th 2017 – For the second time, Challenge Regensburg will attract national and international endurance athletes to the World Cultural Heritage City on August 13 2017. When the fastest athletes hit the bike course after the 3.8 km swim, a MINI countryman will lead their way. For 180 kilometers he will accompany the leaders on the new fast bike course. Also at the finish line, after 42.2 kilometers of running, a MINI will be greeting the athletes.

“The new MINI Countryman will take you wherever you can recharge your batteries and free your mind. And when you return, you are enriched by a wealth of experience and memories,” that is the official motto of the new MINI. “This motto of the new MINI Countryman fits perfectly into the active triathlon lifestyle,” says Martin Dietl, Brand Manager of the MINI Autohaus Hofmann Regensburg. “We are delighted to have won a great partner with MINI Regensburg,” said Challenge Regensburg organizer Tom Tajsich at today’s press conference.

Their journey to their triathlon debut will be accompanied by Challenge Regensburg with a blog. Martin Dietl: “I am already looking forward to a very special adventure.”
